First External Group Training Session of April 2026   From April 9 to 10, 2026, we held a two-day, one-night off-site group training session at Matie Osiria under the theme “Future Road Program (Enhancing Planning Skills / Mindfulness).”   *[Future Road Program] Day 1) Enhancing Planning Skills: Understanding the importance of root cause analysis and information gathering, and utilizing creative thinking techniques to derive various problem-solving alternatives Day 2) Mindfulness: Managing stress to enhance personal resilience and practicing mindfulness for a positive life   On Day 1, through a lecture by Instructor Heo Jin-ho, participants learned the importance of problem definition and root cause analysis, as well as practical planning techniques applicable to real-world work, such as methods for gathering information using generative AI and selecting alternatives. On Day 2, through a lecture by Instructor Lee Eun-ju, participants learned how to cultivate positive emotions and mastered mindfulness practices that utilize the five senses in daily life to promote recovery and rejuvenation.   Over the two-day, one-night program, we engaged in group activities to discuss various topics and share experiences, strengthening communication and bonds among team members. What is the Jump-Up Program? The Jump-Up Program is a growth support initiative led by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. It provides comprehensive and systematic support to promising SMEs preparing to enter new businesses and markets, covering growth strategy development, resolution of technical challenges, commercialization vouchers, and global networking, ultimately driving their growth into mid-sized enterprises.
