First External Group Training Session of April 2026   From April 9 to 10, 2026, we held a two-day, one-night off-site group training session at Matie Osiria under the theme “Future Road Program (Enhancing Planning Skills / Mindfulness).”   *[Future Road Program] Day 1) Enhancing Planning Skills: Understanding the importance of root cause analysis and information gathering, and utilizing creative thinking techniques to derive various problem-solving alternatives Day 2) Mindfulness: Managing stress to enhance personal resilience and practicing mindfulness for a positive life   On Day 1, through a lecture by Instructor Heo Jin-ho, participants learned the importance of problem definition and root cause analysis, as well as practical planning techniques applicable to real-world work, such as methods for gathering information using generative AI and selecting alternatives. On Day 2, through a lecture by Instructor Lee Eun-ju, participants learned how to cultivate positive emotions and mastered mindfulness practices that utilize the five senses in daily life to promote recovery and rejuvenation.   Over the two-day, one-night program, we engaged in group activities to discuss various topics and share experiences, strengthening communication and bonds among team members. ■ Famecs Participates in IPC APEX 2026 in the U.S. Famecs participated in **‘IPC APEX 2026’**, the largest electronics and manufacturing equipment trade show in North and Central America, held at the Anaheim Convention Center in the U.S. from Tuesday, March 17 to Thursday, March 19. At this exhibition, Famecs showcased its latest technologies and new products, including Laser Marking equipment and Bit Router equipment, attracting significant attention from global buyers. Notably, despite challenging external conditions such as the war and high oil prices, a larger delegation than last year participated, actively engaging with buyers on-site and achieving significant results. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Sales Department and the Mexico branch, the exhibition concluded successfully, and this is expected to serve as a crucial stepping stone for Famecs’s expansion into overseas markets and the strengthening of its technological competitiveness.
