In April 2026, the “Future Road Program (Planning Skills Improvement / Mindfulness)” external group training was conducted over three sessions at Matie Osiria.

[Future Road Program]
Day 1) Planning Skills Improvement
Understanding the importance of root cause analysis and information gathering, and deriving various problem-solving alternatives using creative thinking techniques.
Day 2) Mindfulness
Practicing mindfulness to manage stress, improve personal resilience, and promote a more positive and balanced life.
On the first day, through Instructor Jinho Heo’s lecture, participants learned the importance of problem definition and root cause analysis, as well as practical planning techniques applicable to real work environments, including information gathering using generative AI and methods for selecting optimal solutions.
On the second day, Instructor Eonju Lee introduced mindfulness practices that help expand positive emotions and encourage recovery and refreshment in daily life through the use of the five senses.
Throughout the two-day program, participants engaged in group activities where they exchanged ideas on various topics, shared experiences, and strengthened communication and teamwork among group members.
This training provided a meaningful opportunity for employees to recharge away from daily work while simultaneously enhancing their professional competencies and collaboration skills.
